*Note: Bayalink supports the BlackBerry handheld software currently available from your carrier. However some versions of the BlackBerry OS may not fully support all features of the Bayalink Liberty Solution.

- Local administrator permissions
- Installation of the BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.3 (or newer) or BlackBerry USB and Modem Drivers 4.3 (or newer) to connect to Bayalink Liberty using a USB connection
*Note: Administrator privileges are temporarily required for first time installation of the Bayalink Liberty USB Driver and the Microsoft .Net framework 2.0. Once these are installed, this permission is not required to operate the Liberty solution.
