Liberty, a virtualization solution for BlackBerry smartphone applications, is a combination of sophisticated software and standard hardware technologies that provide the BlackBerry smartphone user with a virtualized presentation of select BlackBerry smartphone applications on larger display devices such as laptops and workstations.
Continuing its aggressive product lifecycle, Liberty v1.6 brings many new exciting features and enhancements including:
- Support for the BlackBerry® Bold™ smartphone
- Support for the BlackBerry phone application
- Support for html email in the Liberty viewer
- Enhanced support for proxy servers and improved browser performance
- Support for both Bluetooth and USB connections
